Shelby White is a recent graduate from the University of Colorado Law School in Boulder. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin. Pending Texas Bar results, she will be assisting and learning from the talented attorneys at AZ Law Firm. Her primary focus areas will be family law and animal law, and she will also be involved in personal injury, traffic, and civil rights cases.
Throughout law school, Shelby gained valuable legal experience by clerking at several law firms and non-profits, and by serving as a student attorney in her school’s environmental law clinic. She is a published staff writer for Colorado’s Environmental Law Journal and a co-founder of Colorado Law’s Animal Legal Defense Fund student chapter, which won back-to-back Chapter of the Year awards during her time in law school.
Shelby is passionate about justice and committed to helping those in need. She is eager to provide relief to families in stressful situations by helping them resolve their legal issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
Outside of the office, Shelby loves animals, hiking, running, and being outdoors.
